Our T3 on 14 februari 2002
This is our VW Bus. With this bus started the manie. It didn't look very well.
Everything was making a lot of noice. Much rust, but only on the surface. There were stickers on it that made some people agressive. A large scratch from the front to the backside. Someone didn't like the Tamil Tigers.
That all aand the little orange curtains made people laughing when we passed by, especially when we stopped by the traffic-lights with a lot of noice when the I was braking.
One pre: It was licensed to drive (APK). How was this possible? A big jerrycan in the back was used as the fuell-tank.
Springmeeting VW Busclub
In spring we went to the spring-meeting of the VW-busclub NL
in Burgum, which i am a member of. It was very raining that weekend, but it
was a very nice happening. Here you can see our bus at the backside. If you
look good, you can see a spoiler on the roof which seems to be from a Ford.
This was the last time with the old engine. After this weekend the engine
wouldn't start anymore, because the compression was too low. We were glad that
the bus would start after visiting this happening.

It became another engine and it looks better at the outside. The old engine was terrible: making a lot of noice and was using 1 litre oil at 200km. When I had to start the engine, it took about 5 minutes; when he was running at last there was one big blue cloud in the street and the neighbours quick closed the windows.
