december the 29th 2002: The restauration has started.
At first the timber on the roof inside had to be removed. The pictures 4, 5 and 6 have been made when this timber was removed.

The original plan was to keep the rest of the timber as it was, everything did look very good. But when the timber of the roof was removed, I scared to death; the wooden timber was wet because there were holes in the roof. I saw a nice picture from the interior of a house-bus in New Zealand, which looks very original. That and the drawings I got from the RAF-museum in London made me to decide to remove the most of the other timber and restore most of the interior. Now it is januari the 31rd of 2003 and only the sitting-corner is kept as it was.
